Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026 · Version 1.0 · A JTPlayz Productions organization

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of services operated under the WASP name, meaning Worldwide Asset and Server Protection ("WASP," "we," "us," or "our"). WASP is a security and moderation service focused on protecting Roblox communities, development teams, servers, and digital assets from documented risks and abusive conduct.

Important scope statement. WASP is a private community-security service. A WASP case, restriction, or network ban is an internal moderation and access-control decision. It is not a criminal conviction, civil judgment, or governmental determination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies, rules, or notices that are expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If you access the Service on behalf of a Roblox community, development group, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act for that entity and to bind it to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Platform Requirements

You may use WASP only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law and the rules of the third-party platforms through which you access the Service. You must satisfy any minimum age and account requirements imposed by Roblox, Discord, and other applicable platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WASP is lawful and consistent with the rules governing your own server, community, or organization.

3. The WASP Service

The Service may include a public website, staff or partner dashboards, Discord bots, REST APIs, databases, OAuth-based authentication, ban lookup tools, case and evidence management, appeals, audit logs, and network-wide security enforcement features.

Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed over time. Access to a particular feature does not create a permanent entitlement to that feature.

4. Participating Servers and Network Enforcement

Participation in the WASP Network is voluntary. Server owners or other authorized representatives may choose to connect their communities or experiences to WASP and may choose whether to enable available enforcement features.

When enforcement is enabled, a participating server may automatically restrict or deny access to users who are subject to an active WASP network action, depending on the integration and configuration selected by that server.

Participation in the Network does not transfer moderation ownership to WASP. Participating servers remain responsible for their own local rules and local moderation decisions.

A participating server administrator may submit reports, evidence, or recommendations, but may not create, approve, or represent that they have issued a WASP-wide ban unless that person is separately authorized by WASP to perform that function.

5. Cases, Evidence, and Network Bans

WASP may open or review cases involving alleged conduct that presents a documented risk to Roblox assets, development teams, communities, servers, integrations, or users. Examples may include server nuking, destructive raiding, credential or asset theft, malicious administrative abuse, deliberate compromise of systems, or other serious conduct relevant to the security purpose of the Network.

Network-wide enforcement should be based on an evidence-supported case and authorized staff review. Case records may include submitted reports, audit logs, screenshots, platform records, staff notes, user identifiers, and other information reasonably relevant to the matter.

WASP may consider the reliability, completeness, authenticity, relevance, and context of evidence. WASP may decline to act where information is insufficient, unverifiable, materially inconsistent, or outside the scope of the Service.

WASP does not promise that every harmful user will be identified, listed, or restricted, nor does it promise that every report will result in enforcement.

6. Appeals and Review

Users affected by a WASP enforcement action may use an available appeal process where one is offered. An appeal should identify the action being challenged and provide relevant facts, context, or evidence supporting reconsideration.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal, modification, or a new review hearing. WASP may deny repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or materially unsupported appeals and may limit further submissions where necessary to protect the integrity of the review process.

WASP may correct, modify, suspend, or remove an enforcement action when new information, error, changed circumstances, or further review justifies doing so.

7. Accounts, Authentication, and Security

Some Service features may require authentication through Discord, Roblox-linked information, OAuth, or another supported identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts, tokens, credentials, and devices.

You must not share privileged credentials, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain staff, partner, API, or administrative access that has not been granted to you.

You must promptly stop using credentials or tokens that you know or reasonably suspect have been compromised and follow any replacement or revocation instructions provided by WASP.

8. API, Bot, and Integration Use

If WASP provides API, bot, webhook, SDK, or other integration access, that access is limited to the permissions and purposes expressly made available to you. You may not exceed rate limits, bypass technical restrictions, scrape protected data, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use an integration to harass, profile, stalk, or target users.

You may not represent a third-party integration as an official WASP product unless WASP has authorized that representation.

WASP may rotate credentials, impose limits, suspend integrations, or revoke access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or compliance.

9. User Submissions and Evidence

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit to WASP. By submitting reports, evidence, messages, files, screenshots, logs, or other materials, you grant WASP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, review, analyze, redact, annotate, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate reports, maintain case records, conduct appeals, enforce rules, and protect the Network.

You represent that you have a lawful basis to submit the material and that you will not knowingly submit fabricated, manipulated, misleading, unlawfully obtained, or maliciously altered evidence. Where practical, sensitive information that is irrelevant to a case should be omitted or redacted before submission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting knowingly false, fabricated, forged, or materially misleading reports or evidence.
  • Using WASP to retaliate against, intimidate, harass, dox, stalk, or target another person.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, exploit, or compromise WASP systems or connected integrations.
  • Sharing non-public case information, staff tools, credentials, API secrets, internal data, or protected records without authorization.
  • Impersonating WASP, WASP staff, a participating organization, or another user.
  • Using WASP branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, partnership, or official status.
  • Using the Service in violation of applicable law or applicable Roblox, Discord, or other platform rules.

WASP may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or terminate access where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property and Branding

The WASP name, Worldwide Asset and Server Protection name, logos, branding, site design, software, databases, documentation, internal tooling, and other original materials are owned by WASP, JTPlayz Productions, or their respective licensors, except where otherwise stated.

These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of WASP intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, remove branding from, or create misleading derivative branding from WASP materials except where written permission or an applicable license expressly allows it.

12. Third-Party Platforms

WASP may interact with Roblox, Discord, hosting providers, OAuth providers, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.

WASP is not Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc., and use of the WASP name does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those companies unless expressly stated by the applicable company.

WASP is not responsible for outages, enforcement decisions, account actions, API changes, data loss, or other acts or omissions of third-party platforms.

13. Privacy and Data Handling

WASP may process information reasonably necessary to operate the Service, authenticate users, administer participating servers, investigate cases, maintain evidence, prevent abuse, process appeals, secure integrations, and maintain audit records.

Depending on the feature used, this may include platform identifiers, usernames, server or community identifiers, authentication metadata, submitted evidence, case records, moderation actions, audit information, and technical logs.

Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary and appropriate for the purpose of a report or case. Additional privacy disclosures may be provided separately and, where applicable, should be read together with these Terms.

14. Service Availability and Changes

WASP may perform maintenance, modify features, change integrations, impose limits, or suspend parts of the Service. The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, network failures, third-party platform changes, or circumstances outside WASP control.

WASP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of every feature, or compatibility with every Roblox experience, Discord server, bot, script, or third-party integration.

15. Suspension and Termination

WASP may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, staff tools, partner features, API credentials, integrations, or other privileges when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security concerns, policy violations, legal obligations, platform requirements, or threats to the integrity of the Network.

A participating organization may disconnect from the WASP Network subject to any technical or contractual requirements that apply to its integration. Disconnection does not require WASP to delete historical case records or audit information that WASP is otherwise permitted or required to retain.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions - survive termination to the extent permitted by law.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WASP DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

WASP is a risk-management and moderation tool. It cannot guarantee that a participating server will be free of raids, compromise, abuse, malicious users, asset theft, service interruptions, or other harmful activity. Server owners remain responsible for their own security controls, permissions, backups, moderation practices, and administrative decisions.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WASP, JTPLAYZ PRODUCTIONS, AND THEIR OWNERS, OPERATORS, STAFF, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ACTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF WASP AND JTPLAYZ PRODUCTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO WASP FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $25, UNLESS A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WASP, JTPlayz Productions, and their owners, operators, staff, contributors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful submission or use of evidence, or your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties should make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through the official WASP support or administrative channels. Unless applicable law requires a different forum, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York.

20. Changes to These Terms

WASP may update these Terms from time to time. The current version may be identified by an effective date or version number. Changes become effective when published or on a later date stated with the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to an update, you must discontinue use of the affected Service.

21. Contact

Questions, appeals, legal notices, or requests relating to these Terms should be submitted through the official WASP support, appeals, or administrative channels published by WASP.

For your security, do not rely on unofficial accounts or third parties claiming to represent WASP unless their authority can be verified through an official WASP channel.
